"I feel strongly about equipping children with the skills to understand and regulate their emotions, helping them to develop a positive attitude in order to cope with whatever may be happening in their world."Kellie is a qualified primary school teacher and has worked in various educational settings since 2002 in both Australia and Japan. Kellie currently works as a primary school teacher, providing new arrival settlement support, well-being and English language programs to refugee students. Kellie also has a Bachelor of Asian Studies majoring in Japanese and Linguistics. She has previously worked as a Japanese Language Teacher and as an applied behavioural analysis therapist for children with autism. She completed her training to deliver Relax Kids in 2018.
In her personal life, Kellie is mum to two children and enjoys reading, piano, ukulele, bushwalking and learning about new cultures and languages. Yoga and meditation are an important part of her weekly routine.
