Providing sessions for your whole school or group, Sara supports social emotional development and positive mental health through the seven step Relax Kids program. Designed in 6 or 10 week blocks, the program takes children through from higher energy socially interactive warm ups and games, to focussed stretches with yoga and breathwork, positive sensory input with massage, and affirmations that naturally lead to the relaxed calm for visualisations. Sessions start in services/schools at $150 per hour, or a per child cost can be negotiated. Longer term engagement can also negotiate the overall program cost.
